We can pick up your car New Zealand wide. We will pick it up, or engage Brian Roberts Towing for the collection. Rates within Auckland are from $150-$250 per car. If you deliver your vehicle to us and require a ride home, we recommend pre-booking a taxi or an Uber due to our rural location.

We are just 26km from Auckland International and Domestic Airports - approximately 40 minutes drive during off-peak.

If you don’t have the time to bring your vehicle to us we have the following options:

• You can drop off at our 24/7 Drop off and collection point at Auckland International Airport. This service is charged at $125.00 each way

• We will collect from Auckland International Airport Valet parking. This service is charged at $250.00 each way.

• We can arrange nationwide collection - contact us for a price.

Your vehicle must be road legal with a current Wof, Registration and comprehensive insurance when using AIA valet or Park and Ride.

We can pick up or drop off your car to Auckland International Airport Valet Parking. Your car needs to be road legal with a current WOF and Registration, and have comprehensive insurance. This service is charged at $250 each way.

Yes we can store your Electric Vehicle. The main battery will be maintained at 60%, and the 12V battery will be conditioned. EV Storage is available as indoor maintained storage only, and there is a $25 per month surcharge in addition to the regular monthly storage fee.

If you would like your car covered to protect it from dust accumulating, you will need to provide a good quality cover for your car. Cars stored outside will not be covered – we have found covers quickly blow off outdoors.

If your car needs the WOF renewed while it is stored with us, we can manage this for you for $250, plus the cost of any repairs required. We will discuss any repairs needed with you before carrying them out.

We do not carry insurance covering your car in the event of fire, theft or damage. In the Vehicle Storage Agreement you will indicate whether you are carrying insurance or are self insured, personally assuming all risk of loss or damage.

We have a qualified mechanic on site able to carry out small repairs. This service is available on application. Talk to us for more info.

If you choose the storage with maintenance package, your car is connected to a battery conditioner, is run for 20 minutes each month and driven a short distance (within our property) to cycle the brakes and ensure everything is working as it should. We will inform you of any issues with your vehicle.

Yes, all storage agreements attract a full month's storage fee regardless of the day of the month the vehicle is removed. Please refer to your storage booking form.

If you want access to your car we need to remove it from storage for you. The “In out charge” is a $75 access charge, and is payable upfront each time you wish to access your vehicle. This system helps keep all our clients' vehicles secure.

Our low monthly charges are based on successful automatic payments made on the due date.  Late payments will incur a $50 charge for every ten days the payment is late.
